Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide you with products of the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy.

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final. For returns/exchanges related to physical plushies, please contact us at ella.bow@icloud.com for assistance. Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at ella.bow@icloud.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of orders is not possible once it has been shipped out. If I haven't yet sent the plushie then I will try my best to issue you a refund, but not in all case I will be able to do so, (Example, If you place a custom order then I will not issue you a refund, if I have completed your order.)

Refunds:

Refunds on physical plushie orders will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
