Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final.

For returns/exchanges related to physical plushies, please contact us at ella.bow@icloud.com for assistance. Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at ella.bow@icloud.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds:

Refunds on physical plushie orders will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

My items are handmade by me with love and care. They are unique stuffed plushies! Please handle them with care, and do not use them in a rough manner.

The safety eyes on the plushie are  a choking Hazard for children under three, please supervise your children. If you wish for me to remove the safety eyes and embroidery them instead, please message me so I can accommodate your request!

Each plushie is handmade, therefore, slight differences to the photo may occur. Some parts of the plushie may become deformed during shipping. However, they can always be mushed back to their original form. Lastly, over time as the stitches begin to stretch, some string could stick out. This can be fixed using a regular needle.
